CONSTITUTION OF THE ASSOCIATION OF NUCLEAR PHYSICIANS
1. NAME:
The Association is an official group of the South African Medical Association (SAMA) and its name shall be THE ASSOCIATION OF NUCLEAR PHYSICIANS (hereinafter called “The Association”).
2. OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION:
The objects for which the Association is established are:
- 2.1 To promote the practice of nuclear medicine.
- 2.2 To promote health for all.
- 2.2.1 To define and establish relationships amongst nuclear physicians and between them and medical physicists, nuclear medicine radiographers, hospitals, public and private institutions, government authorities, the medical professions generally and the public.
- 2.3 To promote the professional and legitimate interests of nuclear medicine.
